Set-up and training normally take about 3-5 days. It mainly depends on the amount of workflows, forms, etc. you require our team to set-up. 

What if I need to add more workflows later on, will your team help?

Yes, your dedicated account manager will provide you with the assistance required to get the most out of the Contact Manager. 

Can I cancel at anytime?

The Contact Manager is on an anual contract. If you cancel before the contractual year, there will be no refund. Your account will be available to you for the rest of the contractual year. We can deactivate it if you desire, however, there will be no refund.
